Does Norwegian have a program to earn free drinks while playing in the casino, similar to Carnival?
Our nearest local teamed up with Norwegian this year to offer a “free” cruise to some higher tier players. I had to make our reservations by Thursday so we’re signed up for Western Caribbean out of NOLA in November. When I made the reservation I could choose 2 free items, so I chose the premium drink package & shore excursions credit. Thing is, we don’t drink all that much, and they charged us $277 for gratuities. If we’d be earning free drinks in the casino anyway, I’d see if I could change it.

Actually, if you take the time to build a relationship with the casino hosts, they are more than willing to comp a lot off your room bill (more than what you 'earn' by playing).
